Built for Adventure. Designed to Run.

Most adventure businesses are built around strong guiding. The best ones are also built around strong systems.

Sound familiar?

Operations feel reactive when it matters the most.

Guest experience is inconsistent.

Admin load falls on the owner.

Manual processes and lack of pre-planning lead to stress and missed opportunities.

From check-in to safety briefings, your guests expect a seamless, professional journey.

Managing logistics, bookings, and safety compliance should be a team effort, not a solo burden.

That's not a people problem. It's a systems problem. I design the operational systems that allow you to focus on what you do best, not the pressure behind it.

What I offer

Practical, grounded consulting designed to solve the real operational challenges of adventure tourism businesses.

Operational Review

A structured assessment of how your business actually runs — bookings, scheduling, guest experience, team structure, and seasonal capacity. Deliverable: a clear report with findings and a prioritized action plan.

Operations Build

Design and implementation of the systems, workflows, and SOPs needed to run consistently — without it depending on you being present for every decision.

Seasonal Support

Bi-weekly check-ins, operational troubleshooting, and workflow adjustments through peak and shoulder seasons. Systems stay current. Problems get caught early.

Who's behind Revolution

Born and raised in Mexico, I'm a former professional soccer player, operations manager, and certified adventure guide. Playing at a professional level taught me what high-performing teams look like from the inside. The discipline, the trust, and the standard that separates good from exceptional. I've carried that into every operation since.

I hold a Bachelor's in Sports Management from Universidad Anáhuac and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Early in my career, I supported event logistics at Azteca Stadium, coordinating behind the scenes for Mexican National Team matches, Club América games, international concerts, and an NFL game attended by 87,000 people. I went on to direct municipal sports operations in Toluca, delivering 200+ public events, including large-scale competitions and an international tournament in Japan.

At a turning point in my career, I made a deliberate choice to leave corporate life behind and fully commit to the adventure industry. I completed my Adventure Guide Certificate at Thompson Rivers University, not just to add a credential, but to understand what guiding demands from the inside. It gave me a complete picture of how adventure businesses actually work from the ground up.

I came to the BC coast and started at Paddle West Kayaking as an Office Manager and Day Guide. By my second season, I was Operations Manager. Working closely with the owner, we grew operational capacity by 20%, supporting 9,700 guests and 4,000+ bookings annually across two locations.

Most recently, as Outdoor Operations Manager in a remote wilderness setting on Vancouver Island, I designed and built an outdoor activities program from the ground up, including hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, SUP, kayaking, and wildlife tours.

That experience confirmed what I already believed. In 2026, I founded Revolution Adventure Operations, a consulting practice built specifically for business owners and managers in the adventure industry who are ready to move beyond improvisation and build something that runs consistently and with purpose.

The gap in most adventure businesses isn't effort. It's structure. If your operation runs on instinct right now, I can help you build something that runs on systems instead.
